Aerox Club Philippines ยท Member access

Terms and Conditions.

These terms explain how to use the Aerox Club Philippines website, member account, community submissions, events information, and links to other services. By registering or using member features, you agree to follow them.

1. Accounts and member information

Give accurate information when registering, including your name, mobile number, email address, YCLUB ID, chapter, and emergency contact details. Use only a YCLUB ID that belongs to you. Keep your sign-in credentials private and tell the ACP team if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission.

You are responsible for keeping your member information current. ACP may contact you about account access, submitted content, events, or member services using the contact details on your account.

2. Emergency profile and QR code

Your member QR code opens an emergency profile associated with your account. Information displayed to someone who scans it depends on the sharing choices shown in your profile. Share another person's emergency contact details only when you have their permission. You are responsible for checking that the details are correct and suitable to share.

The QR profile is provided to help a person contact your nominated emergency contact. It is not an emergency response service and does not replace calling local emergency services.

3. Photos and community submissions

Only submit content you created or have permission to share. By submitting a build, profile photo, event poster, or other material, you allow ACP to store, review, display, resize, and use it on ACP's website and related club communications. Do not submit unlawful, misleading, abusive, private, or unsafe material, or content that violates another person's rights.

Build submissions are reviewed before publication. ACP may decline, hide, or remove content that does not fit the community or these terms. You may edit or remove your own eligible submissions using the available website controls; contact an ACP administrator if you need help.

4. Events and riding safety

Event details are shared to help members and visitors plan. Confirm event information with the organizer before travelling, since time, route, venue, and other details can change. Participation in a ride or event is voluntary. Ride legally, use appropriate protective equipment, maintain your motorcycle, follow organizer and road-safety instructions, and make your own decisions about whether conditions are safe for you.

5. Member shop and external services

Some website features may link to external services, including an online store. Those services are operated by their own providers and may have separate terms, privacy practices, prices, and availability. ACP does not control external websites; review their terms before using them.

6. Acceptable use and access

Do not misuse the website, attempt to access another account or restricted tools, interfere with site operations, submit false information, or use member features to harass or harm others. ACP may restrict or suspend access when needed to protect members, the club, or the website, and will make reasonable efforts to address account issues through its administrators.

7. Updates and contact

ACP may update these terms as website features change. The current version will be available on this page. If you have a question or need an account correction, contact the club through its official channels linked from this website.

When you check the Terms and Conditions box during registration, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms. Registration cannot be completed without that confirmation.
